  • Following the vignette, discuss the management strategy and identify any clinical pearls (examples: history-taking, physical exam techniques, imaging interpretation).
  • Please ensure your text is fully blinded; there should be no identification of patients.
  • Please ensure your manuscript has been spell checked and grammar checked.
  • Please obtain permission for the use of any copyrighted material.
  • Please include a competing interests statement, even if you have no competing interests to declare.
  • Please reference any and all cited works and list these works in a dedicated “Reference List” at the end of your paper.
  • References should be formatted per AMA (11th ed.); be sure to include DOIs.
