• Imaging (if there are privacy concerns try using a public-access database such as MedPix)
• Labs
• Impression & Plan

• Following the vignette, discuss the management strategy and identify any clinical pearls (examples: history-taking, physical exam techniques, imaging interpretation).

• Include a short synopsis of the topic discussed (50 word limit).
